How Vetted Glow works
We think the most useful thing a directory can be is honest about how it ranks and how it earns. So here it is, with nothing hidden.
How we rank
Every spa starts from public data — its Google rating and the number of real reviews behind it. We sort by those signals, not by who pays us. Ratings and review counts shown on the site come straight from Google; we link out so you can read the reviews at the source.
What a “Vetted pick” means
A gold “Vetted pick” badge means a person on our team actually reviewed that spa — its providers, its reviews, and how it presents itself — and chose to highlight it. It is never sold. Most listings don’t carry it, and that’s the point: it has to mean something.
How we make money
Listings are free. A spa can pay for a “Featured” placement, which is always labeled “Featured” and never changes our editorial ranking or whether it earns a “Vetted pick.” That’s the whole business: free listings, clearly-labeled paid features, and no pay-for-rank.

Because we start from scraped public data, a detail can be out of date. If a listing is wrong — or you’re an owner who wants it removed — email us and we’ll fix or remove it promptly.
