Honest about how we rank — and how we earn
Ranked on real data
We start from real Google ratings and review volume — not from who paid us.

A “Vetted pick” badge means a person actually reviewed that spa — earned over time, never bought.
Transparent about money
Listings are free. Featured placements are paid and always labeled — never pay-for-rank.
Questions, answered
What is a med spa?
A medical spa blends a day spa with medical-grade aesthetic treatments — Botox, fillers, laser, microneedling and more — performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals. The “medical” part matters: a good med spa has a named medical director and licensed injectors.
How does Vetted Glow rank spas?
We rank on real Google ratings and review volume — never on who pays. On top of that, our editors review standouts and mark them with a “Vetted pick” badge, which can’t be bought.
Do spas pay to be listed or to rank higher?
Listings are free, and no spa can pay to rank higher or to earn a Vetted pick. A spa can pay for a clearly labeled “Featured” placement, but it’s always disclosed and never changes the ranking.
How much do treatments cost?
It varies by city and provider. As a rule of thumb: Botox runs $12–$18 a unit, filler $650–$1,200 a syringe, and a HydraFacial $150–$300. Each treatment guide breaks down typical ranges — and prices well below market are worth a second look.
How do I know a med spa is safe?
Look for a named medical director, licensed injectors (RN, NP, PA or physician), a real consultation, and pricing in writing. For lasers, confirm the device is right for your skin tone. A provider willing to say “no” is a good sign, not a bad one.
Can I trust the ratings?
Ratings and review counts come from public Google data, shown as-is — we don’t edit them.
